OPERATIONS
Famous Famiglia offers many exciting opportunities in the field of Restaurant Operations. Our training programs are tailored made for individuals seeking a successful career in QSR Operations and Team Famiglia, our dedicated team of Opening Specialists.
Both Team Famiglia and Operations welcome energetic individuals to apply for Opening Specialist and Field Manager positions. As members of Team Famiglia, Opening Specialists travel widely, helping to launch new locations. All Team Famiglia members must be able to travel at least 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally. Field Managers train with Team Famiglia in general QSR operations and then train to take the helm of a specific restaurant location. Candidates must be able to travel to and train at our official training locations in New York.

CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION
As we grow, we seek talented support staff in our Corporate Offices. While we prefer to hire individuals who have a restaurant or other food service background, we do consider applicants from other backgrounds. Since our Corporate Office functions as a support center for our Operations Team, we seek individuals with a real sense of hospitality and who understand and appreciate a positive workplace.
FINANCE
Our Finance Team handles all of the day to day controls associated with running an efficient business. The nature of QSR operations means that accounting and finance are transaction heavy. Our Finance Team is committed to excellent performance and reporting in this challenging environment. We seek individuals who share the same attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
FIELD STAFF
We are constantly on the look out for dynamic individuals to man our restaurant locations. A friendly smile and pride in great service go a long way at Famous Famiglia. Many of our Managers, Corporate staff and Operations team members started out as Cashiers, Counter Staff, Pizza Makers and Prep Cooks.
